The Union Apartments are conveniently located at 205 Church Street on the corner of the iconic New Haven Green. Yale University, Yale New Haven Hospital, the Business District, and a variety of shopping, dining, arts, and entertainment are just a short walk away.

The Union offers an easy online application process, which is required of each individual staying in the apartment, including guarantors. A non-refundable application fee of $100.00 per person is required to process each application; this can be paid online with a credit or debit card.

A holding deposit of $400.00 made payable to Cooper Church, LLC. will also be required in order to secure the apartment. This deposit is only refundable if the application(s) is denied or the applicant(s) cancels within three days of deposit. Once approved and the lease is signed, the deposit will be applied to your security deposit amount.

Proof of renters insurance is required before the start date of the lease.

Yes, The Union lease includes water and gas. There are no additional fees for the many amenities included at The Union, such as The Guild, Outdoor Lounge, and Fitness Center!

Yes, The Union is a pet friendly community. Up to two pets per apartment are allowed for a one-time fee of $200.00 per pet.

Yes, The Union offers 24/7 concierge doorman services.

Yes, The Union has an on-site fitness center provided to all residents at no extra charge. A variety of cardio equipment, state-of-the-art weight machines, free weights, yoga balls, and medicine balls are all available for resident use.

Yes, every resident unit has a large, front loading washer and dryer.
